“‘Personal data’ means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person” (art. 4 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”).
Personal data may, for example, relate to your first and last name, or even in a professional context, your telephone number, your postal address or your e-mail address, as well as any data entered during the creation or the modification of your Subscriber account.
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In order for you to enjoy our services in the best conditions, we respect your privacy and we are committed to protecting the confidentiality of the information you provide us. INSquary respects the legal provisions in force, provisions in force, in order for you to use our services in safe conditions. Any personal information that the Internet user would have to transmit to INSquary for the use of certain services is subject to the provisions of the Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, amended in particular in 2018 as part of the transposition into French law of European regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on data protection (GDPR).
WHO ARE THE DATA COLLECTED INTENDED TO?
The collected personal data are intended exclusively at the attention of other Subscribers, internal services of our company (commercial service, customer service, …) and contractual partners. This is to provide a compliance service between delegatees and delegators, and maintain a high level of relationship between us.
The user has a right of access, rectification and erasure, and if necessary the limitation of processing, of personal information concerning him, which he can exercise at any time by letter (SAS INSquary – 58, rue Boussingault – 75013 PARIS – France) or by mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). He is also entitled to the portability of personal data, which he can exercise by the same means.
CLIENT ACCOUNT ACCESS
Each time a subscriber registers, he accesses a “subscriber account”. The latter is protected by an identifier (email address) and a password. From this Subscriber account, you can consult your agreements with your delegators and delegatees, answer compliance questionnaires, submit your supportive documents, modify your personal data such as your postal address or your e-mail address. The personal access data are intended for your personal use, it is your responsibility to keep them confidential. INSquary declines all responsibility for the unauthorized use of your account by a third party.
The subscription to our services includes that to our newsletter, which you can unsubscribe at any time (link at the end of the newsletter or by mail (email@example.com).
We do not deposit cookies, except the session number of the application. You have the possibility to refuse it by simple mail (firstname.lastname@example.org).
We take every precaution to prevent the loss, modification or use of your personal data by unauthorized third parties. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is implemented throughout our application. It prevents the fraudulent interception of sensitive data. This data protection is characterized by the presence of a padlock and the “https” protocol in the URL. Your passwords are encrypted in our databases and we cannot be informed of their value: no password can be sent or requested by mail, mail or phone.
